Child Therapy is a space for children to explore their inner world, experiences, emotions and behaviours. Through the integration of talk, art and expressive therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Somatic Approaches and Mindfulness, I support children gain deeper insights into their challenges, cultivate new insights and enhance their skills to supports their overall health and wellness. 

Child Therapy often starts with a virtual / in-person appointment with parents/caregivers.  During this initial session, we will discuss the concern(s) that are bringing your child to therapy and we work together to identify the unique goals to support your child. Depending upon your child age, they may join us for part or all of this time together.
